Wrapping Children in Love, Support, and Safety

Foster care is meant to be a temporary safe haven for children who cannot live with their families.

Children in foster care may live with relatives or unrelated foster parents. They may also live in group homes, residential care facilities, emergency shelters, or independently in a supervised setting. These children and youth are best supported through a continuum of care that provides ongoing services from entry to exit. The following resources provide insight into the various ways Embrace Florida Kids seeks to provide a proper continuum of care.
